Office Hours is a month of direct, personal work with one client at a time — culminating in a written, independent Diagnosis of where your digital efforts actually stand.
Every engagement starts the same way: something's nagging at you, and no one around you can give you a straight answer.
You run the show, and no one around you can give you a straight answer about digital — everyone advising you has a stake in what you decide.
Your agency wants to keep the account. Your team wants to look good. Your board wants confidence, not doubt. You want one honest, informed opinion from someone with nothing to sell you.
→ Here's what a month together looks like
Something feels off with your digital results, but you can't tell if it's your team, your agency, or the market.
You've asked the obvious questions and gotten reasonable-sounding answers. You still don't quite believe them — and you don't want to fire anyone on a hunch.
→ Here's what a month together looks like
You know your company hasn't kept up — and part of you is starting to worry it's too late to catch up.
Competitors who used to be behind you are visibly ahead now. Every "transformation" pitch you've heard sounds like it's selling you something. You want a realistic, unglamorous read on what matters first.
→ Here's what a month together looks like
You've just taken on the role — or you're about to commit serious budget — and you need a credible outside view first.
Whatever you decide next, someone — a board, an investor, a CEO — is going to ask why. You want a perspective that isn't just your own team telling you what you want to hear.
→ Here's what a month together looks like
If you've read this far and something still made you think "I should talk to him" — trust that. Not every situation fits a headline. Reach out, and we'll figure out together whether Office Hours is the right fit.
Only one engagement runs at a time. That's not a marketing trick — it's the only way to actually give a company my full attention for a month.
A free 30-day follow-up call to see what's landed and what's stuck — and an open door as a sounding board going forward. Office Hours ends; the relationship doesn't.
I also co-founded Tomatoes.sk, a performance marketing agency. If part of your Diagnosis is "you need outside execution help," I'll tell you plainly — and you're free to take that recommendation to Tomatoes, to another agency, or to build it in-house. My job in Office Hours is the diagnosis, not the sale.
On file
My career started at Google in Dublin in 2004, on the small international team handling the company's early growth across Central and Eastern Europe. A few years later I moved back to Bratislava to help open Google's own Slovak office (2011–2013), and later returned once more as a Senior Digital Advisor (2015–2016) — this time advising companies directly on digital strategy, agency selection, and campaign launches. Alongside that arc, I co-founded Tomatoes.sk — now a 20-person performance marketing team with 15 years in the market, working long-term with brands like Generali, Slido, and others across insurance, automotive, and travel. I also teach digital marketing at Comenius University.
Office Hours, in a way, picks up where that Google advisory work left off — just independent of any platform this time.
Office Hours grew out of a simple observation: a lot of the CEOs and CMOs I talk to don't need another pitch. They need one honest, informed conversation with someone who isn't trying to sell them anything in the room.
I'm not a prolific writer or a stage performer — my work has always been closer conversations, not louder ones. Office Hours is built around that: a month of direct attention, not a course or a newsletter. Outside of work, I'm kept honest by a dermatologist wife, five kids, and two dogs — so I know what it looks like when someone's stretched thin and still trying to make the right call.
One short form. I read every one personally, and I'll follow up directly — whether or not it's the right fit yet.
